Plain White Mailing/Storage Tubes

The Tubeworks has a wide range of white cardboard mailing tubes available ex-stock ranging from 40mm to 154mm in diameter. The length of these diameters can be customised to suit the individual requirement regardless of the quantity you need as we have thousands of tubes in stock. We can work with you to achieve the result you need and the despatch deadline you need to meet.

We have pre-set sizes available to you ex-stock to fit the standard A4, A3, A2, A1 and A0 posters or artwork. We even have tubes in stock to fit large format prints 3.2 meter long even banners. We can also accommodate any non-standard paper sizes by using existing stock and re-trimming the length to suit your product or have the tubes manufactured to size to suit your needs. No enquiry is too difficult a request to resolve or find a solution for your project.

We can even do cardboard mailing tubes with end caps in 200mm, 300mm and 400mm in diameter when required.

Display Tubes

Should you require large diameter cardboard tubes in plain brown or even colours for display, The Tubeworks can accommodate your needs.

We can do display tubes often used for creating shop front windows, display stands or artificial columns which can be painted to create the display or effect which is required. Uses for these tubes are only limited by imagination.

The diameters available range from 150mm to 990mm internally and the length can be customised to suit your project whether it be 500mm long or 10 meters long.

Colours or Printed Cardboard Tubes

We can also manufacture mailing tubes in plain colours like Black, Silver or Kraft Paper Brown as an example to set you apart from the rest and jazz up your presentation even on small quantities of 100 tubes depending on the size.

The Tubeworks can even provide mailing tubes with 1 colour Printed spiral repetitive logo promoting your company details or tubes with 4 colour graphics and text which are screen printed should you wish to go with a professional presentation. Minimum quantities on printing would be applicable.

Cap Sizes and Colours

We supply end caps to suit all of our stock sizes from 40 to 100mm diameter tubes in 10mm increments. The next size up from the 100mm diameter is a 150mm internal diameter.

The plastic end caps are available in either red or white with the option of black in the 60mm and 90mm diameters.

“The Tubeworks” even offer you end caps to suit tubes in a diameter of 200mm, 300mm and 400mm. These large diameter caps are only available in Black plastic.

We can customise the colour of your caps depending on the quantity of tubes you need in all sizes of caps.
